Refund policy

I want you to love your purchase from JK Evening Wear and therefore you may return new items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be sent with the original tags and unused condition for an exchange or refund.

All items can be returned for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Store credit is valid for 12 months and must be used in full on your next order with JK Evening Wear. This credit is not redeemable for cash and any unused credit will become invalid after use or upon expiry unless otherwise stated. All exchanges and orders placed with store credit are final.

EXCLUSIONS
Please note that unless the item is faulty, the following items will not be exchanged or refunded:

(a) items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original condition;
(b) sale items.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
(a) POSTAGE AND FEES
Unless an item is confirmed to be faulty, we regret postage fees cannot be refunded. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
(b) FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

All our dresses are checked for quality control before they are dispatched. However, if your dress arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately and we will resolve this for you promptly!

RETURNING AN ITEM

All returns are processed via email. To make a return, please email hi@jkcouturedesigns.com.au and ensure you have:
1. The order delivery date and order number.
2. Your item has all tags attached and is in its original, resell-able condition.

Please include your item name, order no and reason for return and we will respond as quickly as possible. Thank you!

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving your package from the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
