Shipping & Returns Policies

Delivery time

Processing an order usually takes 1-7 days; when your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Standard shipping is 1-5 weeks, depending on the product as products are shipped from multiple warehouses including Australia and Overseas. Keep in mind; this is just a suggested number - it normally takes much less time than that.


Since our products are stored in multiple warehouses, you will get a shipping confirmation email for every package shipped to you, which may involve multiple packages per order.

While we ensure to label your package with the correct details, We are not responsible If a package fails to arrive due to incomplete or incorrect shipping details given by customers. Please make sure the correct shipping details are given when checking out the cart.

International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties.

Customs, Taxes and Duties Please check with your local customs office for any custom charges, duties or taxes which may be incurred. JK Evening Wear is not responsible for any customs charges or fees imposed

 

Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days from delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

All returns are processed via email. To make a return, please email hi@jkcouturedesigns.com.au and ensure you have: 
1. The order delivery date along with your product order number.
2. Your item has all tags attached and is in its original, resell-able condition.

3. Shipping costs on returns is the customer's responsibility.

Please include your item name, order no and reason for return and we will respond as quickly as possible. Thank you!

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, once you email us regarding the refund, you will be notified of the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if customer has not paid the return shipping

There are certain situations where no refund or only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Shipping return charges will apply.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Depending on where you live, if you are receiving an exchange product the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

All returned products are required to be sent using a track-able shipping service such as an Australia Post red satchel or purchasing shipping insurance. as without a track-able shipping service we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item

 

Pricing

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. All prices are subject to change and all prices displayed on this Website are only valid online at the time shown.

Vouchers can be purchased as a gift to be used on any purchase. Gift Vouchers can be purchased by emailing hi@jkcouturedesigns.com.au a code will be issued once a voucher has been purchased which can be applied upon checkout. Vouchers are in AUD and have validity dates attached. Vouchers that are not used in full will be given a credit note. Vouchers are not transferable for cash.

Privacy & Security

We respect your privacy at JK Evening and Formal Wear and any of the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed or loaned to any other organisations other than related companies and those third parties directly related to the delivery of the products you have purchased from the JK Evening and Formal Wear website.

When you join the mailing list, we collect information such as your name and e-mail address and when you make a purchase at JK Evening and Formal, you will also be asked to provide us with your delivery address, telephone number and any additional information required to fulfill your order. When making a purchase from JK Evening and Formal, your financial and credit card details are not stored on the website and we do not share credit card information with third parties, except with our bank for the purpose of processing payments and refunds for products you've ordered or as required by law.
